Some signs say all the way up to 110 km/h but if i'm going over 80 km/h it says i'm speeding. Huh?
Eg. in Germany is max. max for trucks 80 km/h on the motorway, while in France in some places it can be 90 km/h on the motorway, and in England in some places even 97 km/h on the motorway, and in Romania there are even places where you truck must travel 100 km/h. If you mean the "Truck Speed limiter" governing the truck to max 90 km/h, you can turn that off too in the gameplay options. However the External Market/Contracts are always speed limited so if you want to go faster, don't do external jobs. But I mainly play ETS just to drive in vr so I don't really care about the EU speed limit. But I actually figured it out. I copied the def file from the game folder and extracted it with SCS Extractor and in the country folder I just removed the MAX_LIMIT line from each speed_limit.txt file.
