Simply go to Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg and find file called addonconfig.cfg now just set all values to 0 to and enjoy it in all gamemodes. It's the ~ button on the top left corner of your keyboard, under the 'esc' button. When you open console, you can type 'sb_takecontrol zoey' (or 'sb_takecontrol rochelle') without the ' ' and you will take control of Zoey. (or Rochelle) HOWEVER - Keep in mind to do this, you must be playing with sv_cheats 1.
